THE LITTLE MATCH

Once upon a time there is a match that being bullied every single day. Everybody laughs and dislike him because he is small and weak. " Go back match, this is not your place." said the alarm clock. " Yeah, little match. Go back... you are too small and weak. You are not suitable to be our friend. Hahaha..." said the old glass lantern
" Why everybody dislikes me? I wish I am not a match...."
Standing at corner, feeling sad and lonely. Then not long after that, a ray of light comes in
Fire spirit visits the lonely match. Amazed by the beauty of the fire spirit, the match ask the fire spirit to shares her fire with him. " But you will disappear if you have my fire." " It's ok. As long as I can be useful, that's enough."
The fire spirit gives him fire and the match is so excited
" Thank you fire spirit !!" shouted the match. " Good luck, little match. "
The little match meet the lanterns. They are feeling sad. " Why all of you look so sad?" " Because we are left behind. All of our friends have flown up to the sky there. We can't do anything right now."
" Guys ! Don't worry ! I can make you fly again!" said the match. " But how?" ask the lanterns. " With my fire that fire spirit gave me!"
" Hold on little match! What are you doing?" ask one of the lantern. " I'm sharing my fire with you so you can fly ! Aren't you guys wanted to fly?"
After the little match light up all the lanterns, the lanterns fly up to the sky eventually and join with the other lanterns. " Little match! Thank you so much!!! We will never forget you !" " Yes, thank you little match!! Goodbye!!" Then the little match replies. " You are welcome lanterns!! Goodbye! And have fun !!!"
" Fiuh... at last I can be useful. I'm so happy that I can help someone!" But not long after that, his body slowly being burnt and eventually the fire starting to disappear. " Well I guess it's the time now. Goodbye world...." said the match
And the match fall down and that is the end of his short happy life span. He does not regret for what he had done. He feel happy leaving this world and remembered that somebody cared and thankful for his existence.

This is a storyboard that illustrate " The Little Match" story. The story is about a little match that is being looked down by other objects because he is small and weak. Then one day a fire spirit meet him and give him fire. The match is so happy to recieve the fire that he begins to help the lanterns. He shares his " fire" to the lanterns and the lanterns feel grateful to him.
