Sketch, i always begin with a line sketch. the reason i love to start with lines is because it feels more natural so i can see the 'plan' clearly.
Basic color blocks under the line layer so i won't screw anything. i don't know why i left the eye blank here tho.
Some more rendering and stuff. anyway, those eyes are now filled with brown.
Okay so in this phase i merged the line and the color layer into one layer, this way i can paint over both layers and get rid off those outlines. since i'm not planning to use any in this illustration.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAND here's the final result.
i decided that i want her to wear fur.
