Four characters inspired by Japanese food, namely takoyaki, daifuku, tamago cake rice, and taiyaki. Each character has a unique personality. They all aspire to be chosen as the tastiest snack and become an "idol". That's why they compete to appear appealing. Hence, the title "Pick me" or "Pikkumi" was born.
