Casimir Trading Systems is a young technology driven company specializing in software management systems for the financial services industry. We use best-of-breed tools, processes, technologies, business experts, analytical testing and quantitative analysis to robustly test strategies and models amongst financial market participants and develop these to an automated order execution and management system.

Our aim is to become a leader in the field of algorithmic trading software. Algorithmic trading can be described as the process of placing a buy or sell order of a defined quantity into a quantitative model that automatically generates the timing and size of orders based on the goals specified by the parameters and constraints of an algorithm. An algorithm describes a sequence of steps by which patterns in real-time market data can be recognized through various statistical analyses and responded to in order to detect trading opportunities in the financial markets.

As of 2012, Algorithmic trading accounted for over 50% of all US equity trading volume. There is huge potential in an ever expanding futures, cash FX, options, equity and bond markets to develop and provide a proven, fully automated order management, execution and risk management trading system for any market condition. We believe we can fill this niche in the market place and are excited about the future opportunities
