First, i make trace of miley face

next, i give it colour.but i'm sorry cause my colour so bright :D i have bad sense in colour :p

at last, I think my WPAP looks so flat , so i givi it shading and highligth :v and here we go , my fisrt WPAP of Miley Cyrus :D
