This version is the good version of Mr. Evilsion but still showed the bad side. The galaxy (on the screen) is representation of infinite imagination given by television or gadgets to humans. But can affect either good or bad depending on how people see it. White and blue color symbolizes the good side. While the horn still symbolizes the bad side.
