Its about a handsome, rich man who have popularity and attractiveness among girls and women.
Usually, women are the one that do the attractive. When men do the attractive, its like a peacock, who do something attractive so women would like him. However, women most likely to fall into those "perfectness", and not notice his personality. He use his glamorous identity to hide his character. Then women are deceived by his call, not realising it was a howl.
