Capital Realty is a new luxurious brand that moves in property and real estate industry. That is one of the reason why they need to be distinctive from its competitor and hence a clear positioning. They simply aim to gain awareness as a trusted real estate broker.
The new brand identity is the two keys crossing symmetrically icon, which reflects the passion and perfect sync between the seller and buyer, in seeking opportunity and providing the best solutions for clients. Meanwhile on the bottoms of the keys are the initials of the founder’s name, “MH”. Its logo represents their perfection, modernity, and reliable feeling in property industry, while it does not leave the classic and elegant side of the brand.
